Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority and offer flat rate $5 shipping within the continental USA on all orders under $50 and FREE USPS Priority shipping on all orders of $50 or more. USPS Priority average delivery time is 2-3 days. Other shipping methods such as 2nd Day, Overnight, and International vary based on location and package size and are shipped through UPS. Please use the shipping cost estimator located in your shopping cart to calculate express and international rates.

We process orders Monday - Friday not including holidays. All orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours of their submission provided all payments have cleared.

Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays so please take this into account when  placing your order and choosing your shipping method so that we can get your purchase to you when you need it.

Returns

We hope you will love your purchase from Threadcase, but if not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be in ORIGINAL, UNWORN, UNWASHED, and NON-DAMAGED CONDITION. FINAL SALE is on all earrings, hosiery, under garments, and sale items. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect all items and reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition. Please allow 7 days for us to process your return AFTER we have received your return. 

Original shipping costs are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returner. We suggest shipping via trackable shipment as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders. 

To begin processing your return, please e-mail us at info@threadcase.com with:

1. Your order number

2. Description of item(s) to be returned/exchanged

3. Your reason for return/exchange 

Once your email is received, we will email you a Return Authorization Form that is to be filled out and submitted with your returned merchandise.
